ARH3 Antibody (A-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects ARH3 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ARH3 Antibody (A-7) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ARH3, also known as ADP-ribosylhydrolase 3 or ADPRHL2, consists of 363 amino acids and is primarily localized in the mitochondria, cytoplasm, and nucleus, which is crucial for its role in cellular metabolism and signaling.
