    SEE ALSO...

arfaptin 1 Antibody (F-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects arfaptin 1 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-arfaptin 1 antibody (F-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. arfaptin 1 plays a crucial role in regulating vesicle transport between the endoplasmic reticulum and the Golgi complex, a process essential for maintaining cellular function and communication. arfaptin 1 is recruited from the cytosol to Golgi membranes in a guanosine 5-prime-O-(3-thiotriphosphate)-dependent manner, influenced by ADP-ribosylation factors (ARFs), which are key regulators of membrane trafficking. Notably, arfaptin 1 specifically binds to nonmyristoylated GTP-bound ARF3, facilitating function in vesicle transport, while showing lower affinity for other ARFs such as ARF5 and ARF6. arfaptin 1′s interaction with ARF proteins underscores importance in cellular signaling pathways and cytoskeletal organization, making arfaptin 1 a valuable target for research in cell biology and related fields.
