AR Antibody (441) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects androgen receptor (AR) protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry (IHC). AR (441) monoclonal antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase, phycoerythrin, fluorescein isothiocyanate, and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. AR plays a crucial role in mediating the effects of androgens, such as testosterone and dihydrotestosterone, which are vital for the development and maintenance of male reproductive physiology and phenotype.
