ANP32A/B Antibody (A-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ANP32A/B protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ANP32A/B (A-2) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ANP32A protein, also known as Inhibitor 1 of protein phosphatase 2A (I1PP2A), plays a critical role in regulating protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A) activity, which is essential for numerous cellular processes, including cell growth, division, and apoptosis. By inhibiting PP2A, ANP32A modulates signaling pathways that are vital for maintaining cellular homeostasis and preventing uncontrolled cell proliferation.
