Annexin III Antibody (E-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Annexin III of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Annexin III antibody (E-11) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Annexin III, also known as ANXA3, Annexin A3, Lipocortin III, PAP-III (placental anticoagulant protein III), and 35-α calcimedin, belongs to the annexin family of calcium-binding proteins, characterized by a conserved core domain that binds phospholipids in a calcium-dependent manner. Annexin III plays a crucial role in cellular processes such as membrane trafficking and apoptosis, and binding to phospholipids is essential for regulating cellular signaling pathways.
