Annexin A13 Antibody (H-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Annexin A13 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Annexin A13 antibody (H-1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Annexin A13 plays a crucial role in cellular processes, particularly in membrane trafficking and intracellular transport regulation, which maintains cellular homeostasis and function. Annexin A13 is predominantly expressed in intestinal and kidney epithelial cells, highlighting specialized transport functions within these tissues.
