ALP Antibody (B-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects ALP in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-ALP antibody (B-10) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ALP, also known as actinin-associated LIM protein or PDLIM3, is a 364 amino acid protein characterized by the presence of one LIM zinc-binding domain and one PDZ domain, which are crucial for cellular signaling and structural organization. ALP is primarily localized in the cytoplasm and at the Z-lines of myofibers, where ALP plays a significant role in organizing actin filaments, particularly in muscle cells.
