ALCAM Antibody (B-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ALCAM from mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-ALCAM antibody (B-6) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Activated leukocyte cell adhesion molecule (ALCAM) plays a crucial role in immune responses, as ALCAM is expressed on activated leukocytes such as T cells, B cells, and monocytes, and is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily.
