Akt1/2/3 Antibody (5C10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that recognizes Akt1/2/3 proteins in mouse, rat, human, and canine samples through western blotting (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP). The Akt family, comprising Akt1, Akt2, and Akt3, also referred to as protein kinase B isoforms, plays a pivotal role in regulating critical cellular processes, including growth, metabolism, and survival.
