Aiolos Antibody (C-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Aiolos in mouse and rat samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Aiolos antibody (C-11) is available in both non-conjugated and multiple conjugated forms, such as agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and various Alexa Fluor® conjugates, providing versatility for different experimental needs. Aiolos, also known as zinc finger protein Ikaros 3 or ZNFN1A3, is a crucial 509 amino acid nuclear protein that plays a significant role in lymphocyte differentiation regulation, vital for proper immune system function. Mutations in Aiolos have been implicated in leukemogenesis, highlighting Aiolos′s importance in maintaining cellular integrity and function.
