AGR3 Antibody (G-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects AGR3 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). AGR3 Antibody (G-10) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. AGR3, also known as Anterior Gradient Protein 3, AG3, or breast cancer membrane protein 11 (BCMP11), is a secreted extracellular protein that plays a crucial role in cellular signaling and tissue development. AGR3 is a member of the anterior gradient homolog family and exhibits significant sequence homology with AGR2, the human ortholog of the secreted Xenopus laevis Anterior Gradient protein, XAG-2. AGR3 is primarily located in the extracellular space, where AGR3 modulates cell adhesion and migration, processes vital for normal development and tissue repair. Notably, AGR3 has been implicated in breast cancer, where AGR3 expression is often upregulated, suggesting potential as a therapeutic marker and target for cancer treatment strategies. Anti-AGR3 antibody (G-10) is an essential tool for researchers investigating AGR3′s role in various biological contexts, particularly in cancer research.
