ADRM1 Antibody (F-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects ADRM1 in mouse, rat, and human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ADRM1, also known as adhesion-regulating molecule 1, GP110, ARM-1, or Rpn13, is a 407 amino acid protein that plays a crucial role in cellular processes by localizing to both the nucleus and cytoplasm. ADRM1 is integral to the membrane and primarily involved in recruiting UCH-L5, a deubiquitinating enzyme, to the 26S proteasome, thereby enhancing proteasome activity. ADRM1 mediates lymphocyte adhesion to endothelial cells, which is vital for lymphocyte homing and immune response. ADRM1 expression is induced by interferon-gamma in certain cancer cell lines and shows upregulation in various metastatic cells, indicating potential involvement in carcinogenesis. Two isoforms of ADRM1 arise from alternative splicing, contributing to functional diversity in different cellular contexts.
