AdipoR2 Antibody (A-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects AdipoR2 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-AdipoR2 antibody (A-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. AdipoR2 plays a crucial role in mediating adiponectin effects, a hormone secreted by adipocytes that regulates glucose and lipid metabolism. AdipoR2, along with AdipoR1, is primarily located in liver and muscle tissues, where AdipoR2 facilitates fatty acid oxidation and glucose uptake in response to adiponectin signaling.
