Adenosine A2A-R Antibody (F-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects Adenosine A2A-R in mouse, rat, and human samples through western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Adenosine A2A-R is a key member of the G protein-coupled receptor family, playing a vital role in mediating physiological responses such as coronary vasodilation and inflammatory process modulation. Adenosine A2A-R predominantly resides on the cell surface, where strategic positioning allows interaction with extracellular adenosine, influencing intracellular signaling pathways. This strategic location enables rapid responses to changes in adenosine levels, crucial during tissue injury or stress. Adenosine A2A-R′s interaction with various signaling molecules, including G proteins, highlights a significant role in regulating diverse biological functions, from neurotransmission to immune responses. Anti-Adenosine A2A-R antibody (F-10) serves as an essential tool for researchers exploring adenosine signaling mechanisms and their implications in health and disease.
