Adenosine A1-R Antibody (D-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Adenosine A1-R of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Adenosine A1-R antibody (D-5) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Adenosine A1 receptor plays a crucial role in cellular signaling, particularly in the central nervous system and cardiovascular system, where Adenosine A1-R (D-5) is involved in regulating heart rate and neurotransmitter release.
