ADAMTS-8 Antibody (G-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ADAMTS-8 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ADAMTS-8 Antibody (G-4) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ADAMTS-8, also known as METH-2, plays a crucial role in the regulation of extracellular matrix components and is involved in processes such as tissue remodeling and angiogenesis, which are vital for normal physiological functions and the progression of diseases like cancer and arthritis.
