ABLIM3 Antibody (C-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects ABLIM3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ABLIM3 (C-2) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ABLIM3 plays a crucial role in regulating actin cytoskeleton, which is essential for various cellular processes, including cell shape, motility, and division. ABLIM3 is involved in organizing stress fibers and adherens junctions, which are vital for maintaining tissue integrity and facilitating communication between cells. ABLIM3′s ability to bind to F-actin allows influence over cytoskeleton dynamics in response to extracellular signals, thereby impacting cellular responses to environmental changes. ABLIM3, along with homologs ABLIM1 and ABLIM2, is highly expressed in muscle and neuronal tissues, where ABLIM3 contributes to modulating signaling pathways that regulate gene expression and cellular function. The gene encoding ABLIM3 is located in a genomic region associated with various cancers, suggesting a potential role as a tumor suppressor.
