ABCF2 Antibody (E-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects ABCF2 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ABCF2 (E-2) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporters, to which ABCF2 belongs, are a highly conserved family of proteins that utilize ATP hydrolysis to facilitate transport of diverse molecules across cellular membranes, playing a crucial role in cellular metabolism and intercellular communication. ABCF2 is implicated in tumor suppression at metastatic sites and is involved in endocrine pathways related to breast cancer, making ABCF2 a potential prognostic marker for clear cell ovarian adenocarcinoma. Understanding ABCF2 function is vital, as ABCF2′s role in regulating transport of critical molecules can influence cancer progression and treatment responses, highlighting ABCF2′s importance in both basic research and clinical applications.
