SEE ALSO...

A cyclase Antibody (C-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects A cyclase in mouse, rat, and human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). A cyclase plays a crucial role in cellular signaling by converting ATP to cyclic AMP, a secondary messenger that mediates the effects of hormones and neurotransmitters. The generation of cyclic AMP is vital for activating cyclic AMP-dependent protein kinases, which in turn regulate a wide array of physiological processes such as metabolism, gene expression, and neuronal signaling, thereby influencing memory and learning. A cyclase (C-5) antibody responds to receptor-initiated signals, particularly those mediated by Gs and Gi heterotrimeric G proteins. When an agonist binds to a Gs-coupled receptor, anti-A cyclase antibody (C-5) triggers a cascade that leads to A cyclase activation, highlighting a pivotal role in transducing extracellular signals into intracellular responses. With at least nine distinct isoforms of A cyclase identified, the complexity and diversity of function in various tissues and conditions are becoming increasingly apparent, making A cyclase monoclonal antibody (C-5) an essential tool for researchers studying these critical signaling pathways.
