A cyclase Antibody (C-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects A cyclase in mouse, rat, and human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). A cyclase plays a crucial role in cellular signaling by converting ATP to cyclic AMP, a secondary messenger that mediates the effects of hormones and neurotransmitters.
