3pK Antibody (C-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects 3pK protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-3pK antibody (C-4) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. 3pK protein, also known as MAPKAP kinase-3, plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways by acting as a substrate for p38 MAP kinase and ERK pathways, which are essential for regulating various cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, and stress responses.
