What is the recommended starting dilution for IHC for sc-58986: CD206 (15-2) monoclonal antibody?

Thank you for your question.This antibody can be used for frozen samples and paraffin section is not currently a recommended application. Can this antibody functionally block mannose binding?

Thank you for your question. Anti-CD206/Mannose Receptor/MMR Antibody (15-2) is intended and recommended for detection of CD206 of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF and FCM. It has not been tested for its blocking properties and we do not have any data to support such an assay.

Can this Ab (sc-58986: CD206 (15-2)) is good for IP? What will be the recommended dilution for IP?

Thank you for your question. Anti-CD206 Antibody (15-2) is recommended for detection of CD206 of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF and FCM. For IP we recommend 1-2 μg per 100-500 μg of total protein (1 ml of cell lysate) You can find our recommended protocol for IP under this link: https://www.scbt.com/resources/protocols/immunoprecipitation-western-blots

Can I use sc-58986 for indirect flow cytometry in mouse and rat? If I can, do you have a recommended fluorescent secondary antibody?

Thank you for your question. This antibody is recommended for flow cytometry (FCM) in mouse, rat and human samples. We have not specifically tested this antibody in indirect flow cytometry, but if you want to try it we would recommend using anti-mouse IgG1 for detection. One example would be our m-IgGκ BP-CFL 488: sc-516176.

Can I use it to do Immunofluorescence double staining？My sample is from Mouse Ovary and Endometrium Tissue and I am afraid it can not be stained well.
