caspase-3 p11 항체(C-6)는 마우스, 쥐 및 인간 유래의 caspase-3 p11 서브유닛 및 전장 프로카스파제-3을 WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) 및 ELISA로 검출하는 IgG1 λ 마우스 단일클론성 caspase-3 p11 항체입니다. 카스파제-3 p11 항체(C-6)는 비접합 항-카스파제-3 p11 항체 형태뿐만 아니라 아가로스, HRP, PE, FITC 및 다중 Alexa Fluor® 접합체를 포함한 여러 접합 형태의 항-카스파제-3 p11 항체 형태로도 사용할 수 있습니다. 아포파인, SCA-1, 야마, CPP32로도 알려진 카스파제-3은 아스파테이트 특이적 시스테인 프로테아제로, 카스파제의 ICE 하위 계열에 속합니다. 카스파제-3는 세포에서 비활성 전구체로 발현되며, 이로부터 성숙한 카스파제-3의 p17 및 p11 하위 유닛이 세포 사멸 중에 단백질 분해적으로 생성됩니다. 카스파제-3 전구체는 먼저 Asp 175-Ser 176에서 절단되어 p11 서브유닛과 p20 펩타이드를 생성합니다. 그 후, p20 펩타이드는 Asp 28-Ser 29에서 절단되어 성숙한 p17 서브유닛을 생성합니다. 활성 카스파제-3 효소는 2개의 p17과 2개의 p11 서브유닛으로 구성된 헤테로다이머입니다. 세포 사멸이 시작되면 카스파제-3는 Asp 216-Gly 217 결합에서 PARP를 단백질 분해적으로 절단합니다. 세포 사멸 캐스케이드가 실행되는 동안 활성화된 카스파제-3는 정상적인 스테롤 의존적 활성화와는 구별되는 단백질 분해 반응을 통해 ER 막에서 SREBP를 방출합니다. 카스파제-3는 기본 나선 루프-헬릭스 류신 지퍼 도메인과 막 부착 도메인 사이에서 SREBP를 절단하고 활성화합니다. 카스파제-3는 또한 카스파제-6, -7 및 -9를 절단하고 활성화합니다. 인간 카스파제-3 유전자는 폐, 비장, 심장, 간, 신장 및 면역계 세포에서 많이 발현되는 세포질 단백질을 암호화합니다.
