A20 항체(A-12)는 마우스, 쥐 및 인간 유래의 A20 단백질을 WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) 및 ELISA로 검출하는 IgG2a κ 마우스 단일 클론 A20 항체(TNFAIP3 항체 또는 TNF 알파 유도 단백질 3 항체로도 지정됨)입니다. A20 항체(A-12)는 비접합 항-A20 항체 형태와 아가로스, HRP, PE, FITC 및 여러 Alexa Fluor® 접합체를 포함한 여러 접합 형태의 항-A20 항체 모두로 제공됩니다. A20은 다양한 염증 자극에 의해 유도되고 유전자 발현을 조절하는 Cys2/Cys2 징크 핑거 단백질입니다. 특히 A20은 종양괴사인자(TNF)와 인터루킨 1(IL-1)에 의해 유도되며, 핵인자 κ B(NFκB) 유전자 발현의 음성 조절자 역할을 합니다. A20은 NFκB 활성화를 억제함으로써 다양한 자극에 대한 NFκB 반응을 종결시키는 데 중요한 역할을 합니다. Can I use this mouse monoclonal antibody for immunohistochemical staining of mouse tissue?

This mouse monoclonal antibody is currently available conjugated to phycoerythrin (sc-166692 PE) or fluoroscein (sc-166692 FITC), Alexa Fluor® 488 (sc-166692 AF488) or Alexa Fluor® 647 (sc-166692 AF647).
