Through these actions, they promote the activation of CAB39L. PT1 acts as an allosteric activator of AMPK, enhancing the activity ofCAB39L through its role in the LKB1-AMPK complex. Lastly, Quercetin, through its ability to activate AMPK, supports the functional activity of CAB39L by necessitating its stabilizing presence within the active AMPK complex.
