Lnk Antibody (F-9): sc-514025

Lnk Antibody (F-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that recognizes amino acids 281-309 of Lnk in mouse and rat samples through western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Lnk, a member of the adapter protein family, plays a crucial role in regulating hematopoietic cell signaling, particularly during T cell receptor (TCR) and B cell receptor (BCR) activation. Lnk (F-9) antibody targets a protein primarily located in the cytoplasm, where Lnk interacts with various signaling molecules to modulate downstream pathways essential for immune responses. This cytoplasmic localization enables Lnk to effectively participate in signaling cascades initiated by receptor activation, influencing cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival. Structurally, Lnk contains a Src homology 2 (SH2) domain, a pleckstrin homology (PH) domain, and a proline-rich region, facilitating protein-protein interactions critical for cellular signaling pathways.
