SEE ALSO...

MLKL Antibody (3B2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects MLKL protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), flow cytometry (FCM), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-MLKL antibody (3B2) is available as a non-conjugated format. Mixed lineage kinase domain-like protein (MLKL) is a crucial component in necroptosis, a form of programmed cell death that plays a significant role in inflammation and tissue homeostasis. This 471 amino acid protein features a protein kinase domain that is believed to be catalytically inactive, yet remains essential for recruiting other signaling molecules during necroptosis. MLKL is encoded on chromosome 16, which is associated with various genetic disorders, including Crohn′s disease and Rubinstein-Taybi syndrome. Understanding MLKL function is vital, as dysregulation can lead to pathological conditions, including neurodegenerative diseases and inflammatory disorders. Anti-MLKL antibody (3B2) enables researchers to gain insights into necroptosis mechanisms and their implications in human health and disease.
