SWI/SNF-B Activators

SWI/SNF-B Activators encompass a range of chemical compounds that indirectly augment the functional activity of SWI/SNF-B through modulations in chromatin structure. These activators, primarily histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitors like Trichostatin A, Vorinostat, Valproic Acid, Sodium Butyrate, Panobinostat, Romidepsin, Mocetinostat, Belinostat, Chidamide, Entinostat, and Tacedinaline, work by increasing the acetylation of histones. This elevated acetylation leads to a more open and relaxed chromatin structure, enhancing the accessibility of DNA for the SWI/SNF-B complex.
