TLK2 Antibody (E-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects TLK2 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TLK2 (E-12) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. TLK2, a member of the Tousled-like kinase family, plays a crucial role in cell cycle regulation and is essential for proper organ morphogenesis. TLK2 is predominantly localized in the nucleus, where TLK2 is involved in the phosphorylation of key substrates during the S phase of the cell cycle, thereby influencing DNA replication and repair processes.
