HoxC4 Antibody (RR-Y) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a light chain antibody that detects HoxC4 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-HoxC4 antibody (RR-Y) recognizes HoxC4, a sequence-specific transcription factor that is part of the Antp HOX family, which plays a pivotal role in embryonic development by regulating gene expression patterns that determine cell identity along the anterior-posterior axis. HoxC4 (RR-Y) monoclonal antibody binds to HoxC4 in the nucleus, where HoxC4 interacts with specific DNA sequences, thereby influencing the transcription of target genes essential for proper cellular differentiation and development. Nuclear localization ensures transcriptional regulation occurs at the site of gene expression, facilitating precise control of developmental processes.
