Sln1 Inhibitors

Sln1 inhibitors are compounds that are not directly aimed at inhibiting Sln1, but rather modulate the broader osmoregulation pathway in which Sln1 operates. Staurosporine and Genistein, for example, are kinase inhibitors with a broad range of action, which means they have the to affect various kinases including those in the HOG pathway, thus influencing Sln1 indirectly.
