NF-1B inhibitors are a class of chemical compounds designed to target and modulate the activity of the NF-1B transcription factor. NF-1B, also known as nuclear factor kappa B, is a critical protein complex involved in the regulation of gene expression, immune responses, inflammation, and cell survival.
