NECAP 2 Activators comprise a diverse group of chemical compounds that can enhance the functional activity of NECAP 2 through various specific signaling pathways. For instance, N6-cyclopentyladenosine (CPA) and Forskolin influence cAMP levels, a factor influencing clathrin-mediated endocytosis, a process involving NECAP 2. By altering cAMP levels, these compounds could indirectly enhance NECAP 2 activity.
