CD16 Antibodies

Santa Cruz Biotechnology features a diverse variety of CD16 monoclonal antibodies for immunology and cell biology research applications. CD16 monoclonal antibodies are compatible with multiple techniques, including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), flow cytometry (FCM), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CD16, also known as FcγRIII, is a low-affinity receptor for the Fc region of IgG and plays a crucial role in the immune response by mediating antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC). CD16 is primarily expressed on natural killer (NK) cells, macrophages, and some granulocytes, making it essential for the recognition and elimination of infected or malignant cells. Understanding CD16 function is vital for developing therapeutic strategies in cancer and infectious diseases. CD16 research has revealed significant insights into immune system regulation and cellular defense mechanisms. Ongoing studies continue to uncover new aspects of CD16's role in immune responses and disease progression. Recent findings highlight CD16's importance in antibody-mediated immune responses and its potential as a therapeutic target. Santa Cruz Biotechnology monoclonal antibodies for CD16 support researchers worldwide in advancing our understanding of immune system function and disease treatment strategies.
