CCDC113 Activators

Retinoic Acid and Lithium Chloride can drive changes in gene expression profiles and signaling pathways, such as Wnt, that are essential for ciliogenesis, thus affecting proteins associated with cilia, including CCDC113. Forskolin, through the elevation of cAMP, and Rapamycin, by inhibiting mTOR, can also modulate processes essential for ciliary structure maintenance, which is crucial for the function of ciliary proteins. Chloroquine and Cytochalasin D can impact the autophagy-lysosomal pathway and cytoskeletal organization, respectively, both of which are important for proper ciliary function and may thereby impact CCDC113.

Ciliobrevin D, by inhibiting Hedgehog signaling, and Roscovitine, through the inhibition of CDKs, can affect ciliogenesis. ZM-447439 and CP110, which inhibit Aurora kinases and block centriole duplication, respectively, can alter the assembly and maintenance of cilia, potentially affecting CCDC113.Bafilomycin A1 and Y-27632 interfere with vacuolar acidification and cytoskeletal dynamics, both of which are important for ciliary function and could, in turn, impact the activity of CCDC113.
