C12orf74 Inhibitors

Chemical inhibitors of C12orf74 can perform their inhibitory functions by targeting various upstream signaling pathways and kinases that play a pivotal role in the regulation and activity of this protein. LY294002, a potent inhibitor of PI3K, can lead to reduced phosphorylation and subsequent activation of downstream proteins, including C12orf74.
