BOLA3 Activators

Chemical activators of BOLA3 can engage in various biochemical interactions that facilitate the functional enhancement of the protein's activity within cellular processes. Cobalt(II) chloride interacts with hypoxia-inducible factors (HIFs), which are known to interact with BOLA3, thus stabilizing these factors and promoting BOLA3 activation in response to hypoxic conditions.
