AIPL1 Antibodies

Santa Cruz Biotechnology features a diverse variety of AIPL1 monoclonal antibodies for research in understanding AIPL1's role in various biological processes. Multiple applications are supported, including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), flow cytometry (FCM), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). AIPL1, or Aryl Hydrocarbon Receptor Interacting Protein Like 1, is crucial for the proper functioning of photoreceptor cells in the retina and is implicated in the pathogenesis of retinal diseases. The role of AIPL1 in the visual cycle and potential involvement in phototransduction makes it an important target for research in vision-related disorders. Understanding AIPL1 function can provide insights into therapeutic strategies for conditions such as Leber congenital amaurosis. Research has shown that mutations in AIPL1 can lead to severe vision impairment from an early age. Current studies focus on exploring AIPL1's molecular mechanisms and interactions with other proteins in the retina. Investigating AIPL1's role in retinal development and maintenance continues to reveal new possibilities for therapeutic interventions. Santa Cruz Biotechnology monoclonal antibodies support researchers worldwide in advancing scientific understanding of vision disorders and potential treatments.
