I can't detect TSG101 in HeLa cells using this antibody by IFA. Any recommendations? I've uded a 1:50 diution (4% formaldehyde fixation and 10% serum to block) Although this antibody has been raise against mouse TSG101, does it work against human TSG101?

I have been using this antibody several times to validate for exosomes, but does not work properly. I have been using 1:500 dilutions, but does not show up the right size and a lot of non-specific bands observed everywhere. Very disappointed!

Used recommended Santa Cruz secondary Ab. Smear/multiple bands in cell lysate, no detection in EV samples. Loaded 30 ul EV samples at high concentration. (was able to detect using another EV marker).
