How can this mouse monoclonal transferrin antibody be used for double or triple staining, if the other primary antibodies are also raised in mouse?

In this case, we recommend using a directly conjugated mouse monoclonal primary antibody. This mouse monoclonal antibody, transferrin (F-8), is currently available conjugated to agarose (sc-373785 AC), HRP (sc-373785 HRP), phycoerythrin (sc-373785 PE), fluorescein (sc-373785 FITC), Alexa Fluor® 488 (sc-373785 AF488) and Alexa Fluor® 647 (sc-373785 AF647).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Extraordinarily good antibody!This anti-Tf antibody is wonderful, one of the best antibodies that I used from SantaCruz. The antibody clearly recognized two bands at around 95 kda in human liver tissue. Liver is known for manufacturing Tf. The specificity of the antibody is further proven by the fact that it does not show immuno-reactivity in muscle tissue which does not express Tf (see the blot). Tf is known to be highly phosphorylated, glycosylated and palmitoylated, which may explain additional mass shift. Non-specific faint band is visible sometimes at around 55kda. Excellent antibody, very happy with this product and highly recommend it for your research. Good luck.
