TIMP-2抗体（3A4）是一种小鼠单克隆IgG2a kappa轻链抗体，可通过蛋白质印迹（WB）、免疫沉淀（IP）、免疫荧光（IF）和免疫组织化学检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的TIMP-2蛋白。抗TIMP-2抗体（3A4）有非结合型和多种结合型，包括琼脂糖、辣根过氧化物酶（HRP）、藻红蛋白（PE）、异硫氰酸荧光素（FITC）和多种Alexa Fluor®结合物，可满足不同实验需求。TIMP-2通过抑制基质金属蛋白酶（一种负责降解细胞外基质各种成分的酶）在调节细胞外基质重塑方面发挥着关键作用。这种调节对于维持组织稳态至关重要，在伤口愈合、组织修复和胚胎发育等过程中尤为重要。TIMP-2失调会导致纤维化和癌症转移等病理状况，凸显了TIMP-2在正常生理和疾病状态中的重要性。TIMP-2还与其它组织金属蛋白酶抑制剂（如TIMP-1、TIMP-3和TIMP-4）相互作用，与胶原酶和明胶酶等金属蛋白酶形成复合物，导致这些酶不可逆失活。金属蛋白酶与其抑制剂之间的这种复杂平衡对于细胞正常功能和组织完整性至关重要。

How can TIMP-2 (3A4): sc-21735 monoclonal antibody be used for double or triple staining, if the other primary antibodies are also raised in mouse?

In this case, we recommend using a directly conjugated mouse monoclonal primary antibody. This mouse monoclonal antibody, c-Myc (9E10), is currently available conjugated to phycoerythrin (sc-21735 PE), fluorescein (sc-21735 FITC), Alexa Fluor® 488 (sc-21735 AF488) or Alexa Fluor® 647 (sc-21735 AF647)

I am using the LiCor/Odyssey system. Which secondary antibody do you recommend using with TIMP-2 (3A4): sc-21735?

We recommend using one of our our exclusive Mouse IgG Binding Proteins (m-IgGκ) conjugated to CFL 680 or CFL 790. They are suitable for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR/Odyssey and other comparable systems.
