RORγ抗体(D-4)是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆RORγ抗体(也称为ROR-gamma抗体、RORC抗体、NR1F3抗体或RZRG抗体),可通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA检测人源RORγ蛋白。RORγ抗体(D-4)既有非偶联形式的RORγ抗体,也有多种偶联形式的RORγ抗体,包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。核孤儿受体RORα和RORγ是核激素受体超家族的成员。这个家族通过与被称为激素反应元件(HREs)的DNA序列直接结合而发挥作用,并且通常以同源或异源二聚体的形式结合DNA。RORα和RORγ的独特之处在于它们以单体的形式结合DNA。RORα具有多种异构体,这些异构体共享共同的DNA和假定的配体结合域,但在其氨基末端域上有所不同,这是由不同的RNA加工产生的。RORγ由560个氨基酸的蛋白质组成,与RORα有50%的氨基酸同一性,并且在骨骼肌中表达最高。尽管这些蛋白质由于缺乏定义的配体而被认为是"孤儿受体",但实验证据表明,褪黑素可能是这些核受体的天然配体。编码RORα的基因位于染色体15q22.2上,编码RORγ的基因位于染色体1q21.3上。
