Rootletin抗体(C-2)是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆Rootletin抗体(也称为CROCC抗体),可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA技术检测小鼠、大鼠和人类的Rootletin蛋白。Rootletin抗体(C-2)既可以是非偶联的抗Rootletin抗体形式,也可以是多种偶联形式的抗Rootletin抗体,包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。Rootletin,也被称为CROCC(纤毛根丝卷曲螺旋蛋白),是一种由2017个氨基酸组成的蛋白质,形成与中心粒相关的纤维结构,并且是纤毛根丝的重要组成部分。在纤毛和非纤毛细胞中,Rootletin分别定位于基体和中心体,与基体的近端部分相关,并在光感受器中形成它们之间的细长聚合物。Rootletin对于中心体的聚合是必需的,并且通过与C-Nap1(存在于中心粒末端的中心体蛋白)的相互作用,可以调节中心粒与基体的连接。Rootletin以同聚体的形式存在,其与中心体的关联可以通过Nek2(NIMA相关激酶2)的磷酸化来调节。由于选择性剪接事件的存在,Rootletin有两种同工型。

Has this antibody been tested in tissue having primary cilia, especially neural tissue? If it real stains rootletin, it should not be exclusive to multiciliated cells such as those in the fallopian tubes, nasal epithelium and bronchial epithelium.

Thank you for your inquiry and your interest in the Rootletin Antibody (C-2): sc-374056. This antibody is specific for an epitope mapping between amino acids 1882-1917 within an internal region of Rootletin of human origin. We do show several immunoperoxidase stainings for this antibody on different tissues including human fallopian tube, bronchus and nasopharynx tissue. We have not tested this antibody on neural tissue yet. Hello! I'd like to blast this epitope vs Rootletin in another species. what exactly was the original sequence used to generate this epitope? (the aa-s are reported... but its not clear which version of human genome data was available at that time)Thx!
