Thank you for your inquiry. The use of mouse monoclonal antibodies with mouse samples is very common and typically poses no problem. To eliminate any potential cross-reactivity of an anti-mouse secondary detection reagent,we recommend using a directly conjugated primary antibody. Detected Rho G at expected size in 15 ug total proteine lysate, wet transfer one hour at 450 mAmps on PVDF membrane, overnight blocking with 5% nonfat dry milk in PBS, one hour incubation at RT with 1:500 anti RhoG in 5% PBS with 0,2%Tween followed by one hour incubation with 1:10.000 anti mouse (sc-358914) HRP conjugated antibody and detection with ECL prime substrate followed by short film exposure (under 1 minute) and automatic processing.
