Rac GAP1抗体（A-6）是一种IgG2aκ型小鼠单克隆Rac GAP1抗体（也称为Rac GAP1抗体），可以通过WB、IP、IF、IHC（P）和ELISA等方法检测到小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的Rac GAP1蛋白。Rac GAP1抗体（A-6）可以以非共轭型抗Rac GAP1抗体形式获得，也可以以多种共轭型抗Rac GAP1抗体形式获得，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®共轭物。Ras超家族中已鉴定出大量低分子量的GTP结合蛋白。这些蛋白质调节所有真核细胞中许多基本过程，如生长、囊泡转运和细胞骨架组织。GTPase激活蛋白（GAPs）加速Ras相关蛋白的GTP水解的内在速率，从而导致其活性形式的下调。通过这种功能，GAPs负性调节Ras介导的信号传导。Rac GAP1（Rac GTPase激活蛋白1），也称为MgcRacGAP（男性生殖细胞Rac GTPase激活蛋白）、ID-GAP或HsCYK-4，作为GAP发挥作用，并对Rac 1和Cdc42表现出强烈的活性。Rac GAP1在胸腺、胎盘和睾丸中高表达，在脾脏和外周血淋巴细胞中表达水平较低。它包含一个Rho-GAP域和一个佛波醇酯/DAG型锌指。Rac GAP1在细胞分裂中起着至关重要的作用，既作为支架蛋白又作为GTPase调节剂。在细胞分裂期间，Rac GAP1在多个位点被磷酸化。

Rated 5 out of 5 by from a fantastic antibody for both WB and IFThis antibody recognizes a clear and strong band of predicted M.W. on WB (1:1000 dilution, 40 ug HeLa extract). It also works well for IF using either formaldehyde or methanol-fixed HeLa cells (1:1000 dilution).

Rated 4 out of 5 by from For Western BlotI used the RacGAP1 Antibody（A-6)，sc-271110 for WB of human cervical cancer cells(Hela,Caski,Siha)， using the dilution1:100， the result was pretty good. The Molecular Weight was about 70kDa. And the background was clear.
