p-Stat1 Antibody (12C5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects p-Stat1 in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP). p-Stat1 monoclonal antibody (12C5) recognizes a critical component of signaling pathways activated by various ligands, including interferons and growth factors like epidermal growth factor (EGF). Upon activation, p-Stat1 undergoes tyrosine phosphorylation, which is essential for functioning as a transcription factor that regulates gene expression in response to cellular signals.
