Thank you for your question. p-PKC βII/δ Antibody (E-7): sc-365463 recognizes Ser 660 phosphorylated PKC βII (mouse, rat, or human origin), Ser 662 phosphorylated PKC δ (mouse or rat origin), and Ser 664 phosphorylated PKC δ (human origin) by WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) and ELISA. Does the antibody detect both phosphorylated PKC beta and delta?

Yes, this antibody is recommended for detection of Ser 660 phosphorylated PKC βII of mouse, rat and human origin, correspondingly Ser 662 phosphorylated PKC δ of mouse and rat origin, and correspondingly Ser 664 phosphorylated PKC δ of human origin.

There was very strong detection of ~84 kDa protein that may be PKC-beta in human HeLa cells treated for 2 hours with anisomycin on Western blots, but no significant cross-reactivities on these blots with any off-target proteins.
