核孔复合物(NPCs)是细胞核与细胞质之间大分子双向运动的通道,包含100多个不同的亚基。其中许多属于称为核孔蛋白的家族,其特点是存在O-连接的N-乙酰葡糖胺部分和独特的五肽重复序列(XFXFG)。核孔复合物蛋白Nup133(核孔蛋白Nup133)位于核孔的细胞质和细胞核两侧,在有丝分裂期间定位于着丝粒。它与Nup160、Nup96和Nup107一起构成Nup160核孔亚复合物的一部分。该复合物在RNA输出中起着重要作用。

Thank you for your question. Yes, sc-101290: Nup133 (378.1) is recommended for use in IHC with paraffin-embedded sections.
