Is the antigen for this antibody for the entire 1940 AA sequence? I need to match the sequence used to equine sequence to see if I can use it. thank you,

Thank you for your question. This mouse monoclonal antibody is not raised against an amino acid sequence, but rather is raised against a preparation of fetal skeletal muscle myosin of human origin. The exact epitope recognized by this monoclonal antibody has not been determined. Most product citations use this antibody in mouse and rat samples, and we are not aware of any product citations in equine samples at this time. Reactivity with equine would have to be determined experimentally.
