How can Mucin 5AC (45M1): sc-21701 be used for double or triple staining, if the other primary antibodies are also raised in mouse?

Thank you for your question. We recommend using a directly conjugated form of the antibody. Mucin 5AC (45M1): sc-21701 is available conjugated to HRP (sc-21701 HRP), phycoerythrin (sc-21701 PE), fluoroscein (sc-21701 FITC), Alexa Fluor® 488 (sc-21701 AF488), and Alexa Fluor® 647 (sc-21701 AF647).

Rated 4 out of 5 by from MUC5ACCells were fixed in 4% PFA at room temperature (RT) for 15 min, and permeabilized in 0.2% Triton X-100 at RT for 20 min. MUC5AC antibody was used 1/100 diluted in FACS buffer, supplemented with 60µg/ml human IgG) for overnight at 8°C. The cells were washed and analyzed by flow cytometry.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from reflect Muc5AC in stomach by ICHMy lab found a new compound that can decrease the secretion of gastric mucus. Muc5AC is the most accepted biomarker. I found the specific antibody to the Muc5AC for a long time. Only this antibody can clearly reflect Muc5AC in stomach.
