MMP-7抗体（JL07）是一种IgG2b小鼠单克隆MMP-7抗体，可通过WB、IP、IF和IHC(P)检测人源MMP-7。MMP-7抗体（JL07）为非偶联的抗MMP-7抗体形式。基质金属蛋白酶（MMP）是一类肽酶，负责降解细胞外基质成分，包括胶原蛋白、明胶、纤维连接蛋白、层粘连蛋白和蛋白多糖。MMP基因的转录被佛波酯、脂多糖（LPS）或葡萄球菌肠毒素B（SEB）差异性地激活。MMP的催化需要钙和锌。MMP-7（也称为Pump-1、基质溶解素或子宫金属蛋白酶）可降解酪蛋白、纤维连接蛋白以及I型、III型、IV型和V型明胶。在小鼠中，MMP-7 mRNA仅由上皮细胞产生，且其表达仅限于特定器官，这表明除了基质降解和重塑外，MMP-7还可能参与这些器官的分化功能。

How much protein do you recommend loading on the gel for Western blot detection using MMP-7 (JL07): sc-80205?
